With the option to dine inside or on the terrace, guests will enjoy the understated luxury of the polished menu and stylish surroundings. 
Chef’s Table
This private and exclusive culinary experience, located in Santorini Restaurant’s separate dining room, features a six-course menu using only the freshest, finest ingredients from the resort’s farm. Each course is lovingly created by the executive chef, with wines specifically chosen from the hotel’s extensive collection.
The Club House
The beautiful and spacious Mediterranean-styled Club House has an expansive terrace boasting sweeping sea views. Currently undergoing further upgrading ready for the 15 October opening, the hours of opening will be 7.00am to 6.00pm with morning coffee and pastries, a full bar and a light grill menu during the afternoon. Drinks will be available from the beverage cart on the course too.

Lobby Bar and Beach Bar
Sample one of the bar’s signature cocktails or rums or try something from the traditional Tapas menu. Live music performances take place each night. The resort’s beach bar is placed only steps away from the beach and provides a range of cooling, refreshing beverages.

Tokyo Bay (opens December 2011)
Tokyo Bay will be launched for the winter season on 15 December 2011. Newly built on the rooftop above the Venus Spa, guests will enjoy incredible views of the gardens, the ocean and the hotel’s new golf course. The restaurant will cover 7,000 square feet with indoor and al fresco dining for up to 90 guests. Cuisine will feature Teppanyaki, Sushi and Sashimi plus a la carte options.
