There are a total of 72 guest rooms and suites offering simple island elegance and modern luxuries and you will find a flexible approach to accommodating large groups with bed configurations and linking rooms and suites to provide perfect solutions for your family and friends’ requirements. Generously proportioned, lavish in decor and rich in foliage the new Grace and Morris Bay Suites are the ultimate in luxury; they are situated on the third floor of the new building. Adjacent to each of the Grace and Morris Bay Suites is a junior suite, which can connect to create a two bedroom suite. The entire floor can be combined to provide four bedrooms to accommodate a large family.

Entertainment
Live music is played nightly for dancing in the Garden Pavilion. There is also a weekly beach party luncheon with a live steel-drum band and Caribbean buffet.

Dress Code
Attire is very casual during the day, but beach cover-ups are appreciated in the dining room at breakfast. At other times gentlemen are requested to wear long pants (no jeans, please), a collared shirt and dress shoes in the evening.

Restaurants

  • The Tamarind Tree

    This main restaurant features a large terrace that is canopied by the majestic tree after which it was named and at breakfast its branches and leaves provide a welcome shade as you wake up to the sun of the day. Breakfast menus include island favourites such as banana pancakes, croissants and pastries, fresh juices, eggs Benedict all freshly prepared; dinner sees candlelight, live music and gentle dancing and a five course feast of locally caught fish, succulent meats, tasty salads and tempting desserts.

  • The Sea Grape

    Situated at the far end of the Bay Beach directly on the beach and open to the sea breezes and to take full advantage of its blissful position there are tiki torches flickering on the sand opposite moonlight landing on the water. For lunch guests may enjoy a lavish buffet as well as a once-weekly barbecue complete with live steel band. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays Sea Grape also serves dinner in an intimate evening of Italian/Antiguan influenced cuisine.

  • Wine Cellar

    Although there are house wines included in your all-inclusive package guests also have the opportunity of benefiting from a more extensive stock of over 25,000 bottles all overseen by an expert sommelier. For an extra charge guests may sample several of these by joining an expert-led wine tasting on Friday afternoons.

  • Sugar Stone Mill

    With a terrace overlooking the gardens this unique location is used for afternoon teas and hors d’oeuvres at cocktail hour.
