New for 2009 is the Organic Garden which includes rocket, basil, garlic, chives, parsley, gill, lemon grass and rosemary amongst others. These will be introduced into the menus by the beginning of 2010.

The beach is intended as an effortless sandy retreat; you will find a beachside drinks service and fresh fruit daily.
Sailing and windsurfing instruction and help are always on hand.

Your holiday will begin in style with personal check-in to your suite, enabling you to unwind and recover from your journey with a cool drink. Hermitage Bay Spa (Treatments at extra cost)
The delightful Hermitage Bay Spa is nestled inconspicuously on the hillside; a sanctuary within a sanctuary where guests may indulge in treatments such as massage therapy, holistic treatments, rejuvenating facials and yoga classes to name just a few. November 2009 saw the launch of the new Dorissima Spa programme where aromas, colours and perfumes are used within oils to balance the body's energy centre.
