Part of the Beach House, this stunning setting is perfect for romantic meals offering a 180 degree view of the beach. You can enjoy anything from steak to lobster and crispy conch fritters here as well as typical Bahamian and continental dishes.

Long Island Tour: A tour of the island can be arranged in resort and comes highly recommended. Taking between 4 -5 hrs, you will experience the key highlights of the island including Adderly Plantation, Simms Jail, Max’s Conch Bar, Dean’s Blue Hole (popular amongst divers) and Clarencetown harbour.

Climate: Long Island and the South Bahamas enjoy some of the best weather in the Caribbean.During the summer months, the resort averages a beautiful 30° C. With the gently cooling trade winds of the South Bahamas, Cape Santa Maria is a perfect escape from the humidity of the southern United States and Europe. Throughout the winter, beach lovers enjoy the tropical warmth of the Caribbean sun, with average temperatures around 23° C.
