The Grand Hyatt accommodation is scattered between 40 acres of pristine tropical gardens along the front of the pristine pearl beach. They feature the highest level of amenities on offer, these include: separate sitting area, private furnished balcony, telephone, air-conditioning, minibar, in-room safe and cable television . The bathroom comes with separate shower, toiletries and bathrobe. Guests who are requiring that extra bit of personalised luxury can enjoy the luxury of the Grand Club. This includes having their own private lounge and swimming pool, which is managed by their own team of concierge, butlers and house keepers. Rooms are set within four village clusters to add an authentic traditional feel. Room types include: Executive Suites, Regency Suites, Premier Suites, Beachfront Suite, Residential Suites and Deluxe Villas.

There are a number of dining options at the Grand Hyatt. The five restaurants provide varied menus which are sure to appeal to all guests. The Pasar Senggol offers a wide range of local Balinese dishes with a stunning backdrop of the beach and the soft ocean breeze. For some fine Italian dining, guests are invited to visit the Salsa Verde to indulge in 'la dolce vita' and enjoy authentic Italian pasta and risotto. Other restaurants include the classical Shanghainese tea house Mei Y and the Japanese restaurant at Nampu. For those looking for a more active holidays, guests are welcome to use the facilities which are provided by the Bay Club Fitness and Health Centre which offers both land and water sports. The watersports on offer at the Grand Hyatt include snorkeling, windsurfing, paddle canoes, catamarans, boogie boards and sail boats. Close to the resort is the chance to try deep sea fishing, scuba diving, water-skiing, parasailing and sailing. There is a fully equipped gymnasium which fitness its own personal trainers to ensure that you get the best out of your workout. For those looking for a more relaxing time then there is the steam or dry sauna, whirlpool or perhaps a soothing massage in one of the six massage rooms, or sip native fruits at the juice bar. The hotel is home to six amazing pools, as well as a 50 metre waterslide. Grand Hyatt is able to offer a number of excursions for guests to truly explore another side to the surrounding area. Examples include: trekking through the rice paddies of Karangasem at the foothills of Mount Agung, waterskiing inside a volcano or white water rafting in the River Agung.
