The hotel is 37- floors and W-shaped with 370 guest rooms, all with a river view, and a selection of suites, including 60 one-bedroom and five themed suites.At an average of 46 sq m (over 500 sq ft), the guest rooms are among the largest in Bangkok.Non-smoking rooms and rooms with facilities for the disabled are also available.

The Deluxe and Grande Deluxe rooms have a foyer area with walk in wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and hairdryer, king size or twin bed, 3 telephones, in room safe, sofa sitting area, colour TV and CD player. The Balcony rooms have the above facilities with the addition of an outside furnished balcony.
