The Terrace Restaurant: Six times winner of the Barbados Gold Award, The Terrace Restaurant uses local produce and prides itself on the quality and value of its extensive wine list. Mornings begin with full English breakfast; lunches are deliciously casual affairs, whilst candlelight encourages an elegant evening mood. Chef Brian Porteus has recently been appointed after running his own restaurant in Ireland. He brings French classical training to the fore and some of his menu selections at The Terrace restaurant include:
