Settlers’ Beach offers a range of luxury villas and apartments arranged in a horseshoe shape on secluded tropical gardens. Each tastefully furnished villa has views of the pool / garden or the ocean. Properties are in a ‘Bungalow’ or ‘Townhouse’ style.

Bungalow properties are single storey villas with two master bedrooms with en suite bathroom facilities connected to living and kitchen quarters by a patio/atrium.

Townhouse properties are two-storey villas. Interconnecting bedroom and en suite bathroom are located on the first floor with the main living area located on the ground floor.
