The Summer House is situated on the exclusive Sugar Hill Tennis Community Resort, in the parish of St James on the West Coast of Barbados. This beautifully decorated 2 storey, four bedroom townhouse, provides quality accommodation nestled amongst the resort’s tropical gardens and boasts stunning sunset views.

The main living areas and fully equipped modern kitchen are on the first floor, with an open plan lounge to include DVD player, CD, TV and a dining area, with access to the terrace and a further outdoor dining option. In addition to the private plunge pool, guests can use the communal pool at The Clubhouse, along with the other facilities that Sugar Hill has to offer, including flood-lit tennis courts, fitness centre plus temporary membership to the Suga Suga health spa. The Spa offers beauty and relaxation treatments and the Suga Suga Beach club at Mullins Beach is only five minutes drive away where you can enjoy complimentary use of the members beach loungers and umbrellas.

There are three air-conditioned, en-suite bedrooms in the main house, 2 on the ground floor with access out onto the terrace and 1 twin bedroom on the first floor. The additional fourth bedroom, has twin beds, air-conditioning and an en-suite bathroom, and it is located in an adjoining self-contained open plan cottage with a kitchenette.
