Darley’s Restaurant
Darley’s was awarded a coveted ‘Chef’s Hat’ and named ‘Regional Restaurant of the Year’ at the 2008 Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Awards and for 2009 has been bestowed a second chef’s hat. Expect the best here from chef Hugh Whitehouse with regional specialities and locally sourced ingredients from the fertile grounds.
The Grill
Casual steakhouse restaurant serving chargrilled specialities like thick cut rib eye steak cooked to order, tender sirloin or wagyu along with several vegetarian options. Situated in the main country house of Lilianfels.
The Lounge
Offering all day dining from 10:00 – 22:00 to include afternoon teas and refreshments served both inside and within the adjoining gardens. The stylish mahogany bar is the perfect place for pre dinner drinks.
