Today it houses some of Boston's finest restaurants and boasts fantastic facilities. The Park Plaza is located in the heart of Downtown Boston and the Boston Theatre District. The hotel offers guests elegant, classical European styled accommodation which boasts extensive amenities for total comfort and convenience.

At the Boston Park Plaza Hotel and Towers are 950 newly renovated guestrooms which are distinctly decorated in a typical classical European style. Guests can choose from double/ queen or king size bedrooms, each of which provide a blissful retreat from the sights and sounds of the city. The guest room amenities form an extensive list comprising of IDD telephone, Satellite TV, movies, high speed internet access, iron, hairdryer, and alarm clock. The Towers level guestrooms and Lounge rooms provide that added luxury and comfort, with extra space and the following services; welcome gift, newspapers, large marble bathroom suites, separate check in desk, large Plasma screen TV's, private concierge and Lounge access.

The Park Plaza's facilities live up to its high standards catering to the needs of the most discerning leisure and business travellers. There are 36 meeting rooms and 2 ballrooms for business/ banquet funtions, complete with the latest audio/ visual technology. The Imperial Ballroom features sparkling crystal chandeliers and gilded balconies. There is also a full Business Centre with high speed internet access, a currency exchange, gift shop and valet parking. The sport and leisure facilities including a fully equipped Fitness Centre, hair and beauty salon, and 5 superb restaurants. The Bonfire steakhouse features traditional American prime cuts, finely aged steaks, seafood, unique entrees, inventive cocktails and an unexpected Taqueria menu. Swan's Cafe serves continental fare throughout the day and boasts Boston's best dessert and pastry menu. McCormick and Schmick's classic menu features more than 40 varieties of fresh fish and seafood flown in daily, whilst Smith and Wollensky is renowned for its a la carte dining and extensive wine collection set in elegant surroundings. To relax in the evenings M.J O'Connor's Pub and Whiskey Park are great bars in the hotel!
