The Mount Nelson Hotel boasts four individual accommodation wings, each with its own unique character, private gardens and facilities. This arrangement provides guests with unparalleled privacy and seclusion all with the stunning backdrop of the magnificent Table Mountain. There are superior and luxury rooms available and an excellent collection of suites as well as rooms that offer disabled access. Each of the 57 suites and 144 bedrooms are individually furnished and come equipped with a range of superior features, including: individually controlled air conditioning, a mini bar, luxurious 100% cotton linens, padded hangers, writing desks, mood lighting, satellite television, clock radio, video recorder, electronic safes, two line touch dial telephone and high speed internet access.

Due to the hotel’s esteemed heritage, fine dining has always been a tradition and the Mount Nelson offers a choice of venues for guests to choose from. The Cape Colony is renowned for its superb cuisine. Mediterranean style al fresco dining is provided at the Oasis restaurant. This is also the place where the hotels famous Afternoon Teas are served in the lounge. For a contrasting alternative try the stylish new Planet bar which provides the perfect setting for sipping champagne and cocktails under the African night sky. Other facilities offered to guests at the Mount Nelson hotel include two all weather tennis courts, two heated pools, a fitness suite and a body care centre and hair salon.
