The Clipper Restaurant- Opening onto a terracotta terrace, the hotel’s restaurant serves a buffet breakfast of fresh fruit, continental meats, and freshly baked breads, whilst the lunch and dinner menu includes local and international meat, game, and fish dishes such as Chicken Supreme Stuffed with Biltong and Cheese, Soy Basted Salmon on Buckwheat Noodles, and Moroccan Spiced Lamb Shank.

The Admiralty Lounge - Open 24 hours a day, the bar and lounge area is a relaxing space with deep armchairs and sofas, and serves a wide selection of light meals, teas and cocktails.

Cape Malay Restaurant
The Commodore’s sister hotel is next door and is home to a traditional Cape Malay restaurant. Housed in what used to be The Cape Colony convict station the beautifully restored Quarterdeck restaurant serves a wide selection of local dishes and is rich in history and culture.
