As one of the fastest growing companies in the UK, Destinology are continually looking for high quality travel consultants. We offer a good basic salary and unlimited commission. We want all our valued team members to enjoy coming to work, since you spend almost half of your waking life at work! All new personal travel consultants will undergo 3 weeks intensive training, before receiving any enquiries. Once on the phones you will receive high quality enquiries to luxury travel destinations. Commissions are paid on everything you book on a profit share basis, meaning that you can earn unlimited bonuses. After approximately 18 months most sales consultants will have enough regular and repeat clients to come away from the call centre and focus on their own personal client base. At this point you will be able to earn an increased level of commission.
