The Four Seasons Chiang Mai is located in the breathtakingly scenic Mae Rim Valley just 20 minutes north of the city of Chiang Mai and set in 20 acres of extensively landscaped tropical gardens and rice paddies. There are 64 luxuriously appointed pavilions and residences complete with polished teak wood floors, exquisite furnishings and private outdoor salas; up to four bedroom properties are on offer. The restaurants and lounges at the resort make full use of the local produce and offer superb Thai and international cuisine, guests may learn about cooking in the cookery school and join the Chef’s Table for a real culinary experience.

Terraces
Seats 58 outdoors. Located beside the resort’s swimming pool Terraces offers a stunning open air setting with panoramic views of the rice paddies and Doi Suthap mountain range; the restaurant features international cuisine and makes full use of the region’s abundant natural produce. Open 11.00 to 16.30, dinner 18.00 to 22.00

Chef’s Table
Offered six nights a week the cooking schools’ intimate Chef’s Table is the ideal opportunity to take some culinary expertise back home; beginning with cocktails at 19.00 the Chef will go on to demonstrate 15 different Thai dishes that you may share family style with up to 12 guests. The Chef’s experience is half price for children from 4 to 12 years.

Elephant Bar
Relax on the terrace under large Thai Umbrellas, this charming pavilion-style lounge provides a relaxing ambience conducive to watching stunning sunsets and sipping cocktails. Open 11.00 to midnight

Ratree Bar & Lounge
A sophisticated Thai-style ambience situated on the second deck of the main swimming pool, Ratree Bar & Lounge offers unusual drinks such as Ratree Thyme, Rice Field and Mango Sticky Rice signature cocktails which may be enjoyed in the comfort of the 12m carved wood infinity swing.
