The Dusit Island Resort is set in the North of Thailand and situated on an island in the Mae Kok River. It flows through central Chiang Rai in the heart of the Golden Triangle. Although set within 10-acres filled with the natural beauty of the high rugged hills and exotic wildlife, it still has the highest quality of amenities, making this resort suitable for all. The accommodation at the Dusit Island Resort is of a high international standard and all rooms are furnished in traditional Thai décor with a contemporary twist. This amazing interior is complimented by the fine exterior views from private balconies. Most rooms come with modern amenities such as bathroom with full amenities, central air conditioning, colour television, hairdryer, high-speed internet access, private safe, and minibar. Deluxe rooms overlook the Mae Kok river and has an extra large bathroom which is equipped with the most modern amenities. The Landmark Suites are extra spacious and have beautiful views over the river. Island Suites are the most spacious accommodation type available at 62 square metres, and these one bedroom suites come with river and pool views

The Peak is an exquisite Steak House offering the finest gourmet dining in Chiang Rai, it also boats immense rooftop views from the tenth floor. Other eateries include all day dining at Island Café, the Cattleya Pool bar, Lobby Lounge and English styled Cellar Pub complete with games room The Ballroom is the perfect place for business meetings or social gatherings and can hold around 700 people.
