Shamwari Long Lee Manor was originally built in 1910 and offers a distinctive colonial experience. This splendidly restored Edwardian Manor House offers guests refined comfort, congenial service and delicious enticing cuisine deep in the African bush. Long Lee Manor is a reminder of an era of gracious living and boasts the accolade of being the Shamwari Game Reserve’s flagship lodge. It overlooks the sweeping plains that lead down to the Bushman’s River. Here you can experience elegance and luxury from a bygone era.

Long Lee Manor accommodates 38 guests in elegant en suite rooms and come with a range of facilities including air conditioning and heating as well as a selection of family suites for those travelling with children. They are decorated in a contemporary style and provide understated elegance in sumptuous and comfortable surroundings.

Sumptuous meals are prepared and enjoyed in the main dining room or around the open blazing fire at the barn. Between the game drives, guests can laze around one of the two pools, relax in the beautifully appointed garden lounge or indulge in a rejuvenating treatment at the luxury spa.
