The Resort features two elegantly furnished casual lounges and a glorious sun room as well as a magnificent rim flow swimming pool enticing guests to relax and restore their energies. The lounge opens out onto a spacious outdoor barbeque area and as with all the lodges within the Shamwari Game Reserve, guests receive personal attention from their assigned rangers.

The exclusive Riverdene Lodge sleeps a total of 18 guests. Each of the rooms at the lodge is fully furnished and features a range of luxurious facilities some of which include air conditioning, television, telephone and small lounge area. Each en suite sandstone bathroom has a his and hers vanity basin and a separate shower and bath. All of the rooms also feature private balconies that lead out onto the landscaped gardens.
