This elegant Saltwood oozes old-world colonial charm, serving delicious Caribbean-influence fare in candlelit surroundings. Menu items include seared scallops on a puree of Jerusalem artichoke, Kobe beef with rich red wine jus and tasty Mahi-Mahi. Open 18:30-22:30.
This speciality rum bar features comfortable over-sized furniture and a glowing white bar, serving a wide selection of local and international rums, with an expert ‘rummelier’ to help guide guests through their choices. The bar also offers a Japanese/Asian-inspired menu to provide the perfect accompaniment. Open 18:00-01:00.
