For our customer’s total peace of mind and assurance we have established the Destinology Air Travel Trust which ring-fences and protects customer funds; the trust is administered by independent sole trustees.
As a leading Luxury Travel Tour Operator our responsibilities to our customers are our main priority and we have therefore introduced this safeguard in addition to ATOL Protection provided by the Civil Aviation Authority.

What is the Destinology Air Travel Trust?

It is a scheme operated in conjunction with a leading independent sole bank trustee, with no other interest but the security of your money as its brief. To effect this no-risk strategy it will simply safeguard your payments, in their entirety, for the payment of travel service providers, such as hotels and airlines, booked on your behalf. The Trust is an encompassing, comprehensive and effective method of protection for our customers which we believe to be even more comprehensive than the ATOL protection offered by the CAA.

Is Destinology still an ATOL protected company?
