Start the day with a sumptuous breakfast of fresh fruits, freshly baked bread and pastries and made to order omelettes; Italian and Mediterranean specialities may be enjoyed for lunch and dinner. Open for continental breakfast from 05.30, for full breakfast from 07.30 to 10.30, for lunch from 12.30 to 14.30 and for dinner from 18.30 to 22.00 (except Monday & Saturday)
The Verandah
Overlooking the Caribbean Sea and Tower Isle the Verandah offers tasty continental fare and a chic dining experience. Open for dinner only
Bayside
Enjoy Oriental delights whilst gazing over the stunning Caribbean Sea; spring rolls, Pad Thai and banana leaf-steamed snapper all by candlelight and all delicious. Open for dinner from 18.00 to 21.00 daily except Saturdays
Eight Rivers
This is the resort’s gourmet fine dining restaurant where you may enjoy Jamaica form a bygone era featuring continental cuisine with a distinctively Caribbean flair. Open for dinner from 18.15 to 21.00 every day except Monday
Pool Grill
For munchies at midnight or treats at two the pool grill opens at those irregular hours to satisfy your impromptu cravings with a great tasty sandwiches, salads, Jamaican patties and Jerk chicken available from 11.00 to 18.00 & 22.30 to 05.00
Veggie Bar
For all that is healthy, fresh and flavoursome and of naturally full of goodness look no further that the Veggie Bar where you may enjoy fruit smoothies, veggie dips and deliciously healthy snacks from 11.00 to 18.00
Private Dining on the Beach
