Round Hill Hotel and Villas oozes a sense of style and sophistication from all areas of the resort. Round Hill is perched on a green peninsula in Montego Bay. It was a former 110 acre pineapple, allspice and coconut plantation, which cascades past stately palms and magical gardens down to its own pristine crescent beach. The resort is ideally located in a quiet, beautiful setting less than a minute’s walk to the fine sands of the beach. It is also approximately a 25 minute transfer from the main airport.

Guests are welcome to dine at either the Seaside Terrace or upstairs in the Georgian Dining Room. Restaurants offer international cuisine along with island specialties that include seafood curries and jerk, a spicy dish popular in Jamaica. The chefs ensure that they only used the finest ingredients all of which should be fresh and produced locally. There are special themed nights such as a Caribbean curry night. In 2005 Round Hill’s spa was voted one of the top 10 resort spas in the Americas and Caribbean by Conde Nast Traveller UK. It is easy to see why as it sits on ten acres of beachfront beautifully connected by a walkway. It houses an air-conditioned indoor/outdoor fitness centre and beauty salon. There is the opportunity for water activities including waterskiing ,scuba diving, glass-bottom boats, windsurfing and pedal boats.. For land sports there is an all weather tennis court, horseback riding and a jogging path. The resort is also less than 10 minutes away from the famous Tryall golf course.

Accommodation is positioned to overlook the private beach. It has a very classic 1960s glamour feel and the customary Jamaican service. The Pineapple House overlooks the Caribbean Sea where the louvered windows open out to take full advantage. Rooms have been recently renovated by Ralph Lauren and match his high standards. All have air-conditioning, private bathrooms, with bathtub and shower, telephone, refrigerator, bathrobes, cd-player/radio system and hair dryer. The fresh water swimming pool is located right at the edge of the sea, adjacent to the Pineapple House. The upper floor Deluxe Ocean Front Room and ground floor Superior Ocean Front Room are both located here. The Private Villas/Cottages are all individually owned and surrounded by 30 acres of gardens. They contain 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms, and all face towards the West to enjoy fabulous sea views and sunsets. Each one is beautifully decorated by individual owners to Round Hill's standard. You may find wicker, mahogany or bamboo furniture, slip covers or beautiful tile floors. All have a very Caribbean feel combining a laid back elegance with a tasteful colonial style.
