The Layana Resort and Spa is located in the Krabi province on the stunning island of Koh Lanta. The resort itself is directly situated on the beach just over an hour from Krabi International Airport. The Layana Resort is a haven of luxurious indulgence nestled amongst majestic vistas and exotic scenery. This fantastic resort is situated on the idyllic Koh Lanta Yai Island in Mu Koh Lanta National park. It is set in lush unspoilt rainforest which is home to a variety of exotic wildlife . The resort is tranquil and secluded and boasts over 3km of pure pristine sandy white beaches that are lapped by the crystal waters of the sparkling Andaman Sea.

The resort is tranquil and secluded and boasts over 3km of pure pristine sandy white beaches that are lapped by the crystal waters of the sparkling Andaman Sea.

The Layana offers a variety of accommodation all of which are of a Superior standard and offer luxurious indulgence exploiting the natural beauty of its surroundings. The hotel comprise of 50 exclusive guest rooms and suites including: 44 Garden Pavilions, 3 beach Suites and 3 Ocean Deluxe suites. All of the rooms are styled to a contemporary Thai design using both opulent and indigenous material such as hardwoods and silk for a luxurious but natural feel. Each has their own private balcony with sea and mountain views. Other amenities include bathtubs and separate showers, work desk, day bed, air conditioning, DVD, satellite TV, wireless internet, minibar, safety deposit box and hairdryer. The suites also have numerous additional facilities including a private lounge with outdoor seating and a tropical garden bathroom with outdoor open air shower.

The Layana Resort offers guests a range of fantastic dining experiences including the Tides Restaurant - the hotels main dinning establishment which is located on the beach. It offers a formal and elegant setting and an a la carte selection of gourmet international cuisine. Tides specialises in its delicious Asian and seafood dishes. It offers the chance for al fresco dinning in a romantic beach setting. Sundowners is a beach facing restaurant offering cool drinks and evening cocktails. There is also the Lounge area which offers an informal and relaxed setting for drinks and light refreshments. The Layana also offers a superb library facility which has a large selection of books, magazines, newspapers and also internet access. The Library also serves coffee, juices, ice cream and a selection of pastries and cakes. The resort has some excellent meeting and conference facilities that can hold up to 60 guests. The main facility at the resort is the luxurious world class Thai spa offering a range of treatments including massages, facials and body wraps. The qualified therapists use both traditional and innovative techniques incorporating Thai herbs and essential aromatherapy oils. Also, you can take advantage of the Spa's sauna and Jacuzzi facilities. Other facilities at the Layana include a variety of sports such as diving, snorkelling, a Fitness suite and various excursions that are offered by the hotel to explore the beautiful island.

Sunshine Guaranteee

This 'Adults Only'  Layana Resort & Spa Koh Lanta is offering a refund for each full day of rain. If it rains continuously between 10.00 and 17.00 the resort will pay back THB 1,000 per room per day. The promotion is valid for all guests staying at the resort from 01 July 2009 until 23 December 2009.

The credit must be spent in the resort during the stay and will not be redeemed for cash. The management will notify guests every day at 17.00 if the day has qualified for the credit refund. The resort reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any stage on written notice.
