From groups and families to honeymooners looking for an exclusive, private, romantic safari getaway, the Thornybush provides it all offering a unique level of outstanding service to meet each and every guest’s individual needs.

The Thornybush Game Reserve provides superb accommodation, consisting of stylish air conditioned suites with extensive living areas which over look the picturesque beauty of the Monwana River. The accommodation consists of 18 suites and 2 family suites. The sumptuous individual suites features full en suite facilities, an outdoor shower, private decks and sweeping vistas over the savannah and the ever active water hole. Bathrooms boast large glass windows, offering unique game viewing. Superb attention to detail and a highly personalised service make for a memorable stay.

The Main Lodge offers an exciting range of dawn and dusk safaris in open air Land Rovers. Between the excitement and adventure of the safaris, guests can receive relaxing and rejuvenating treatments at the onsite luxury spa. Other amenities within the lodge comprise of extensive conferencing facilities, children’s activities, an authentic open air boma a library, curio shop and a swimming pool.

Meal Plan Options
Meals at the reserve will be on a Safari Plan which varies between safari properties however most meals and sometimes drinks will be included. Please ask at time of booking
