This fine dining experience is one to savour and the restaurant is a regular fixture in Moet en Chandon’s top 100 Restaurants in South Africa. Emphasis here is on healthy, sumptuous food with a large percentage of the produce sourced from the surrounding farms of the resort. Weekend reservations are required.

Fordoun Spa: Treatments include:
