Twist by Pierre Gagnaire
Signature fine dining restaurant by acclaimed French chef Pierre Gagnaire – himself one of very few chefs on the planet to hold 3 Michelin stars for his sublime cookery skills; he’s a pioneer of the fusion cuisine concept and this is his first restaurant in the USA. Located on the 23rd floor with dramatic views.
MOzen Bistro
A flavour of the east at this all day dining restaurant decorated with tasteful artworks and subtle decoration to complement the spectacular circular steel and glass rod chandeliers suspended above the tables.
Mandarin Bar
A suave address to meet friends or colleagues for an evening drink. Comfortable seating, darkly lit with floor to ceiling windows giving views over the city and across to the neighbouring high rises.
