Morels French Steakhouse and Bistro
Executive Chef Eric Bauer oversees a classic steakhouse menu done in typically lavish Vegas fashion which means a selection of the world’s finest steaks. The menu is complimented by a seafood bar, a cheese and charcuterie bar and an extensive wine menu. For the adventurous, Master Mixologist Livio Lauro will prepare one of his exotic cocktail concoctions. Private dining is also available.

At the junction between casual and world-class fine dining, Table 10 is the perfect place to enjoy exquisitely prepared American classics. Favourites such as Lobster Pot Pie, Gulf Oyster Croquettes with Rockefeller Dipping Sauce, Slow Roasted Lamb Sliders and Barbequed Kurobuta Pork Roll will titillate the taste buds.
Sushisamba
Offering a truly unique blend of Brazilian, Peruvian and Japanese dishes this lively restaurant looks to inject a sense of fun into your night with colourful design and Brazilian beats accompanying the intriguing menu.
Restaurant Charlie
Specialising in classy seafood and fish dishes such as Slow Poached Tasmanian Ocean Trout with Savoy Cabbage and Trout Roe-Shiso Vinaigrette, Poached Maine Lobster in Yellow Curry with Lotus Root, and Steamed Casco Bay Cod with Lemon Curd as well as a range of meat dishes you will not be short of choice here. At Bar Charlie guests can enjoy an eight or fourteen course menu with the Kaiseki-style Charlie Trotter culinary experience.

Located alongside the spa facility, the grill serves up fresh and innovative gourmet cuisine for the ultimate in healthy indulgence.
