Restaurant
Situated 15 metres from the waters edge with a  terrace almost touching the beach guests dine beside the sea whilst listening to the soft music of the pianist playing in the Library. Using ingredients locally sourced there is a selection of fine cuisine of fish, meat and vegetarian dishes which change on a regular basis. Open from 07.00 for breakfast, lunch with a choice of light snack or a la carte and dinner with a special chef’s menu or a la carte.

MS Lady Lisbeth
The oldest motor boat in Mauritius and owned by the hotel, this charming vessel is now restored and sets sail each evening for a very private and exclusive dining cruise for a maximum of eight guests.
