Bambou Restaurant at Four Seasons Resort
Situated on the Resort's private island, Ile aux Chats, and facing a white-sand beach, Bambou offers a relaxed poolside location with a focus on pan-Asian and Mauritian cuisine. One of the few restaurants on Mauritius with a teppanyaki grill, it also has a sushi bar and a bar that faces the ocean. Open for lunch 11.30 to 17.30
Acquapazza at Four Seasons Resort
In a stunning open-air setting looking across the lagoon on the Resort's private island, Ile aux Chats, Acquapazza serves contemporary Italian cuisine with an emphasis on seafood. Open 18.30 to 22.30
Beau Champ at Four Seasons Resort
Overlooking the curve of the bridge across the lagoon to the island, Beau Champ takes a modern approach to southern French cuisine, complete with an open-concept kitchen. Its open wine cellar is the ideal place for an exclusive wine tasting, and features more than 200 labels with a focus on French wines. Open for breakfast 07.00 - 11.00, dinner 18.30- 22.30

Anahita’s 18 hole, Par 72 golf course has been designed by Ernie Els.
Says Ernie:-
“The Anahita Golf Course will benefit in as many ways as possible from its beautiful, natural setting. You have spectacular rocky outcrops, large native trees and jaw-dropping views of the mountains and Indian Ocean. The 18th hole will be one of most impressive in the world" At 7,372 yards the course is build in accordance with USGA standards and has 5 sets of teeing areas, a 300m grass practice range, clubhouse and pro-shop, restaurant, bar and 200sqm fitness centre.
