There are four restaurants and three bars including 180 Degrees, an open kitchen serving European and Asian cuisine with views of the Indian Ocean. La Faya is a chic restaurant serving Mediterranean and Mauritian cuisine alongside live shows and late night entertainment whilst Shells Beach restaurant serves Mauritian cuisine and seafood dishes from an à la carte menu. La Croque is a poolside snack bar. Guests on a half board package can choose between four different restaurants without supplement.

Bars include Papaya poolside bar, Le Bois Cheri lobby bar with everything from aperitifs to nightcaps and jazz musicians to pianists and finally Bay View “floating” bar, the place for playing a game of pool, writing e-mails, watching television, or relaxing with a drink. Live entertainment and shows are performed here in the evenings.

Activities include swimming in the outdor pool, volleyball, beach football, and bocci ball, water-skiing, sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, and water polo. Scuba diving, glass-bottom boat tours and snorkeling are also available to guests. Children are kept entertained at the Penguin Kids Club.
