'Style and glamour'

Le Touessrok is a pinnacle of tropical luxury and one of the most romantic places on earth. The resort reopened in December 2002, adding contemporary sophistication to its original Mediterranean village style. A wooden bridge links to Frangipani Island, where there are new suites. On Ile aux Cerfs there is a new restaurant and a new championship golf course, endorsed by Bernhard Langer. Ilot Mangénie, the resort’s retreat island, is five minutes away by private boat. The resort has an acutely sensual feel, with contemporary haut chic, new rooms and suites, new cuisines, and new Givenchy Spa relaxations.

Open for breakfast 07.30 to 10.30 and dinner 19.00 to 22.00 Guests staying on half board may take dinner in this restaurant

Barlen’s
On the shore of the Trou d’Eau Douce bay this Asian-inspired restaurant and bar offers a relaxed menu including Sushi, Western, Japanese and is open for lunch and dinner. Closed Sundays. A credit will be offered to guests staying on half board when dining at this restaurant

Safran
The focal point of this enchanting restaurant is the open kitchen with its tandoori ovens producing varieties of Indian bread appetisers and main courses. Open for dinner 19.00 to 22.00. Closed Wednesdays. A credit will be offered to guests staying on half board when dining at this restaurant

Sega Bar
Situated in the middle of the main pool serving light refreshments, tropical cocktails and a wide variety of whiskies

Beach Service
Light snacks and refreshing beverages are served on the beach. Available from 07.30 to sunset
Paul et Virginie
Located on Ile aux Cerfs is this delightful barefoot restaurant serving local seafood, pizzas and simple Mauritian dishes. Open from 12.00 to 15.00

Sands Bar
Serving a selection of drinks, light lunch dishes and snacks. Open 09.00 to 17.00

Golf Club Restaurant and Bar
Offering panoramic views of the course, the ocean and distant mountains of Mauritius and specialising in fresh fish and local specialities. Open from 07.00 to sunset

Crusoe’s Restaurant and Robinsons Bar
Located on the this romantic desert island of Ilot Mangenie and offering fresh fish, salads and pizzas. On Sundays there is a fabulous Mauritian buffet of spit-roasted lamb and chicken, Asian stir-fries, lagoon seafood and tempting desserts. Open for lunch 12.00 to 15.00 Bar 10.00 to 16.00
