Al Tanoor (Al Bandar)
Al Tanoor serves the characteristic cuisines of the Arabian Gulf region in a traditional Omani atmosphere; enticing dishes prepared at the open cooking stations.In addition to Arabian cuisine, the restaurant offers Mediterranean, Persian, Indian and Turkish favourites, A la carte dining is also available. Open 06.30 to 10.30, 12.00 to 15.00 & 18.30 to 23.00

Bait Al Bahr (Al Waha)
Situated on the beachfront between the Al Waha and Al Bandar this charming restaurant specialises in freshly prepared Omani seafood and is the ideal place to catch the closing sun over the tranquil Gulf of Oman. Open 19.00 to 23.30

Capri Court (Al Bandar)
This authentic Italian restaurant specialises in contemporary Italien cuisine using the highest quality of ingredients; guests may choose from an extensive selection of fine wines and opt for private dining if wished. Open 19.0 to 23.30

Samba (Al Waha)
A popular Latin American style restaurant with cuisines from Mexico, Chile, Peru, Brazil, Argentina and Equador; dishes are prepared in an open show kitchen and there is an integral Tequila Bar. Open 06.30 to 11.00, 12.00 to 15.00 & 18.30 to 23.00

Shahrazad (Al Husn)
The only authentic Morrocan cuisine to be found in Muscat, you will find traditional cuisine served in an elegant, contemporary setting. Open 19.00 to 23.30

Sultanah (Al Husn)
Offering a uniquely stylish a la carte dining experience with innovative interiors which mimic the interior of a cruise liner giving the impression of being at sea with stunning sea views. The theme of a cruise liner is followed through to the menu which alters depending upon the ‘port of call’ Open 06.30 to 11.00 & 19.00 to 23.30

Surf Café (Al Waha)
Combining dining with internet surfing this fashionable café offrs casual but healthy fare as well as traditional burgers and sandwiches. Open 10.00 to 22.00

Tapas & Sablah (Al Bandar)
Situated in a relaxing piazza in the heart of the resort and serving Mediterranean and Asian tapas in addition to Middle Eastern mezze; a full beverage list and shisha selection are also available. Open 18.00 to 01.00

Beach Bars
For early evening cocktails and refreshing beverages situated perfectly on the beach open 10.00 to 19.00

Lobby Lounges
All properties have their own individual lobby lounges offering a wide selection of coffees, teas, cocktails, lights snacks and afternoon tea. Open 07.00 to 01.00

Mokha Café (Al Bandar)
