The Loft: 92 sqm function room with floor to ceiling windows, hardwood floors, full marble bathroom, half bathroom in foyer and amazing views of the New York skyline. The room is perfect for a theatre for 50 people, banquet for 30 people, u shape meeting room for 25 delegates or conference style for 30. It is also perfect for a cocktail party or social event.

Boardroom Suite: As the name suggests, this is a more formal venue that seats between 8-10 people at a traditional polished cherry wood table. This 66 sqm meeting room offers views over Bryant Park along with high backed leather chairs, whiteboard, 32 inch LCD flat screen television perfect for presentations, DVD player, music system and full Internet connections. There is also 1 ½ bathrooms here, and food can be ordered through private dining.
