The Ritz Carlton Grand Lakes Resort, Orlando is a 500 acre oasis surrounded by lush tropical gardens, lakes and Shingle Creek - the headquarters to the Florida everglades. The Ritz Carlton offers an abundance of facilities and amenities for the leisure guests and business travellers alike. The resort is ideally situated being just 10 miles from the International Airport and just a few miles from each of the Walt Disney World theme parks.

The beautiful guest accommodation at the Ritz Carlton comprises of 584 rooms and suites including 56 Club level rooms, 64 suites and 2 Ritz Carlton suites. Each deluxe room is 480 square foot in size. All rooms feature a five-fixture bathroom, hand painted Italian furniture and Ritz Carlton amenities. All guest rooms feature a five foot private balcony with panoramic views of the lakes, pool and gardens. The standard in-room amenities include: plush terry robes and slippers, IDD telephone, CD players, safe, dataport and flat screen Satellite TV.

Facilities at the hotel include an 18 hole Greg Norman designed golf course, a 40,000 square foot spa featuring a 6,000 square foot workout facility, 4,000 square foot private lap pool, 40 treatment rooms offering a wide range of treatments, an outdoor heated pool and whirlpool, a childrens pool and playground and 3 tennis courts. Dining options at the hotel include the casual poolside restaurant and bar offering drinks and snacks, the Clubhouse restaurant and bar offering steaks and seafood, and the Lobby lounge providing afternoon tea and evening cocktails.
