The main dining room is known as The Hilltop Restaurant which offers a buffet style menu with changing themes to cater for all tastes. As it is an open air restaurant it is able to offer the best panoramic views of both the ocean and mountains. Les Cocotiers Resturant is an ultimate dining experience on Mahe with an optional a la carte restaurant for dinner. The chefs specialise in Creole cuisine featuring fresh local seafood and international flavours. The Ocean View Bar is located on an al fresco timber deck which is enclosed by glass French doors and offers guests beverages and snacks. Pool service is also available. A sparkling clear, fresh water, free form "infinity" swimming pool which overlooks and blends into the ocean, with a unique 3 level pool deck with sun lounges and parasols. The Crow’s Nest is situated in the main building and is suitable for recreation with a pool table and TV lounge with plasma screen and library. A Watersports Centre means that guests can choose from a variety of activities such as windsurfing, waterskiing, parasailing and catamarans.
