Le Meredien Barbarons is set amidst coconut palms, fine sands and turquoise lagoons. There is lots on offer from the hotels extensive facilities. These include an Health Club and Spa, swimming pool as well as diving opportunities close by. The powder white beaches and archipelago of coral reef makes this a perfect place to be explored from both the land and the sea. The resort is located on the West Coast of Mahé Island. It is approximately 20 minutes from the airport and from the capital city of Victoria.

Le Méridien Barbarons provides two restaurants and two bars which will offer an assortment of cocktails and dining decisions. Le Mangrovia Restaurant is located in the main building of the hotel and offers refined and casual dining featuring international specialties, local delicacies and themed nights. For a seaside setting, guests should try La Cocoteraie which serves the freshest catch of the day as well as an à la carte lunch menu. Rooftop deck is a new top level wooden sundeck, an ideal spot for sunset cocktails and watching the sun sink into the horizon. For the ultimate in relaxation there is also a Jacuzzi. There are many facilities on offer such as an outdoor swimming pool and outdoor tennis on two courts. The hotel is connected to the nearby PADI Dive centre so guests can try diving with qualified professionals. Other water sports on offer include canoes, pedalos, and snorkelling equipment. The Senses Health Club and Spa opened in 2006 and comes with a steam bath rooms offering a variety of beauty treatments, double massage rooms and a gym.
