Le Bourgeois
For fine a la carte dining whilst enjoying unique panoramic views of Beau Vallon Bay; specialising in seafood and international cuisine. The resident chef seeks to enchant you with his exotic dishes from caviar to crocodile, lobster to Bourgeois fish, all inventively served amidst dramatic décor. Open 12.30 to 15.00 and 17.30 to 22.30

Cocoloba Bar
The place to chill out to cool music and more exceptional sea views; enjoy light snacks during the day and sip tropical cocktails at sunset. Adjacent to the bar is the contemporary library offering a relaxing yet sophisticated atmosphere. open from 10.00 to midnight

Sunset Bar
Open bar with contemporary design onto an extended pontoon and gazebo. Enjoy complimentary afternoon tea & coffee served with homemade cakes whilst at night the mood changes for sundowner cocktails. Open 11.00 to 23.00

Le Meridien Fisherman’s Cove is located on Beau Vallon Bay on the north side of Mahe Island,  just 30 minutes from the international airport and 10 minutes from the capital Victoria
