Meticulously restored in keeping with its heritage of elegance and style, all of the Inn’s seventeen rooms offer quintessential Caribbean charm, comfort and stylish living with views of the sea and the lush hillside. Each one has been re-painted inside and out for 2011 as well as having black out blinds fitted. Rich fabrics and furniture are an elegant mix of traditional and tropical design. Each room features:

This AAA Four Diamond and Relais & Chateaux restaurant offers a wonderful dining experience under the guidance of executive chef Janice Ryan. Specialities include crab and spinach stuffed chicken breast and chargrilled tenderloin of beef.
The Mill
Offers an intimate dining experience in an 18th century sugar mill. The fact that this rustic venue offers dining for just 12 people enhances its appeal.
