The Cliff at Cap: Located on the edge of a bluff that juts out into the sea with the waves lapping against the rocks below, this dramatic dining venue is one to really impress. The inspired menus of chef Craig Jones lean towards the use of non processed organic food with a French contemporary West Indian twist. Dine on the private roof terrace or celebrate in the intimate surrounds of the wine cellar. A taste of what’s on offer at The Cliff at Cap includes:
• A light spicy lobster and local crab bisque with coconut, ginger and lemongrass
• Pan fired red snapper, citrus powder, curried chick peas, mango
• Braised fillet of turbot, dry Vermouth, artichoke ravioli, tomatoes and coriander
• Roulade of Jerk chicken breast with caramelized rip plantain and creamed sweetcorn
Sweet memories include:
• Hot bitter sweet chocolate soufflé, white chocolate ice
• Island pineapple carpaccio, mascarpone Kirsch sorbet, pineapple chips
• Freshly brewed Italian coffee
If all this is too much guests can order from the Simply Maison menu and have something as easy as fish and chips!
