    Located off the lobby this is the main restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily all in generous buffet style. There is a 14-day rolling menu to ensure that guests are offered plenty of variety during their stay

  • Silk

    A modern Asian restaurant with chef’s specialities using the freshest ingredients; there are seating arrangements for both families and couples and reservations are required

  • Calabash

    The most recent addition to the a la carte collection at Coconut Bay this restaurant features Caribbean and Creole inspired dishes where guests may choose from a selection of fresh fish and seafood, meat and vegetarian; sittings to accommodate both families and adults are provided and a dress code applies. Reservations required.

  • Capri

    The newest Italian restaurant at the resort where guests may enjoy relaxed candlelit dinners in an al fresco setting; interesting Italian favourites are presented with Caribbean flair

  • Beach Grill

    Serving burgers, fish, pizza and salads from 11.00 until 02.00 to cater for those daytime or evening snacks.

  • Lobby Bar

    Make friends with your bar-tender in this welcoming atmosphere which is the perfect place in which to meet new friends, enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail or watch the evening’s entertainment

  • Swim Up Bar

    A sun-drenched bar located on one end of the large free-form pool in the Splash wing where you may order your favourite beverage without the need to dry off or even leave the pool

The resort's name derives from its setting amidst a forest of coconut palms. It is set on 85 tropical acres just short drive from St. Lucia's Hewanorra Int'l Airport on the island's southern shore. The island capital, Castries, is located less than a one-hour drive from the resort and is served by the George Charles inter-island regional airport.

The resort has a daily entertainment menu designed to please all members of the family. Children will delight in CocoLand, St. Lucia's largest water park and Kidz Klub.

• High chairs are available in all dining areas
• The main restaurant (Coconut Walk) has a kids’ corner with child friendly foods. Note that this menu is based on a two week cycle.
• Themed Night Dinners: Country & Western night, Pirate’s night, Caribbean Night held on a Tuesday and Saturday night.
• Early seating for families with children at the a la carte restaurants from 18.00 to 19.00
Beach & Sea
• Coconut Bay is on the Atlantic side of the island and they have a flag system in place indicating when the water is safe for use
• The water is shallow and has easy entry
