The East Winds Inn is a true 'Caribbean Resort', secluded and romantically set amongst 8 acres of lush tropical gardens, on the golden beach-front of one of the best and most sheltered bays of St. Lucia. Yet, the resort is located just 5 miles from the lively capital, Castries. The resort consists of 30 rooms and 1 'mini-suite' located in 15 single storey cottages and offers a wide range of elegant facilities, including an open-air restaurant and  bar, a small shop boutique and a lovely free form swimming pool with its own swim up bar.

'East Winds is one of the oldest and most established resorts in St.Lucia but the owners of  have upped the old-time glamour stakes at the refurbished hotel with the addition of a new Steinway Grand Piano - the only one to be found on the island'

 

 

This hotel is a 2009 triple award winner, having scooped a place in the Top 100 Best Luxury Hotels in the World, Top 10 Best Luxury Caribbean and Mexico hotels and in the Top Best All-Inclusives in the World, at the recent Trip Advisor 2009 Travel Choice Awards. With such high and prestigious recognition we can say with some confidence that this resort will delight its visitors from the moment they arrive.

The facilities at the East Winds Inn are high quality and include an excellent International/ Caribbean restaurant which offers daily vegetarian options, all of which are carefully complemented by an enticing choice of different wines. The East Winds Inn Chef Franck Chevrier, has won over the years several accolades and gold and silver medals in the many local and regional cuisine fairs and exhibitions. Guests can now also enjoy these culinary delights in a romantic private dining experience in the new Palm Beach gazebos on the ocean front. The hotel also has several bars including the Sunset Bar, Pool Bar and cocktail bar in the Club House. The hotel has a private pristine sandy beach adorned with comfy sunbeds perfect for relaxing on and a refreshing free-form swimming pool.

Children's Facilities


Not ideal for children, teenagers and those looking for more varied evening entertainment.

The facilities at the East Winds Inn are of the highest quality and include award-winning Caribbean and International cuisine at our open-air restaurant, the Flamboyant Room,  the Bamboo Lounge, where guests can take in the sunset to the soulful melodies of the jazz duo, or enjoy friendly conversation and a glass of Champagne at the Almond Tree Bar.
