The BodyHoliday, St. Lucia was the first resort of its kind, combining the opportunity to rejuvenate with active pursuits. The resort, formerly LeSPORT, has been named as one of the best spa's in the world and since its renovations in 2011 it has even more to offer. It  is located in stunning natural scenery between rainforest, mountains and the crystal clear sea. The resort itself is set amongst 18 acres of lush tropical gardens on a secluded crescent beach and is built in a traditional Caribbean style. After a major refurbishment and renovation the resort was re-opened in October 2011 showcasing its new Wellness Centre, Skin Clinic, restaurants, Clubhouse and penthouse suites.


'The emphasis at this resort is rejuvenation with excellent spa facilities and fun activities both on land and sea- it would be a shame to come here purely to lie on the beach'

The Oasis Spa is a fantastic place offering the most up to date and scrumptous body treatments and beauty treatments. Relaxation classes in T'ai Chi, Yoya etc are frequent.

Also included for each guest is a variety of seven customised treatments including Full Body Sweedish Massage's, Elemis Facial, Aromaspa Ocean Wrap & Hydrotherapy treatments.

The restaurants at The Body Holiday are fronted by TAO Caribbean Restaurant, named as one of the 60 'Hot Table's' in the World by Conde Nast Traveller. Cariblue is a elegant restaurant with fantastic views perfect for a romantic dinner.

The Clubhouse - The Clubhouse serves grilled fresh fish and meats as well as salads at dinner. Regular evening entertainment is also provided.

TAO - This elegant restaurant serves fusion cuisine in the evenings.

Cariblue - This buffet-style restaurant opens for breakfast and lunch.

The Deli - Serving light snacks, coffees and juices, this deli is located beachside and opens during the afternoon.
