Restaurant
Continental and Caribbean cuisine served amidst the tropical gardens. Buffet and barbeque lunch is served on a Tuesday and a local curry buffet lunch is served on a Sunday. A la carte evening meals served 5 days per week . See Special Features re: cuisine.
Themed Evenings
Friday – Manager’s Cocktail Party with a local band. Saturday – dinner barbecue with local steel band entertainment. Wednesday (in high season) – musical entertainment.

Moored in the sea, this bar is just a short swim from the beach and is open from 11:00 – 17:00.

Cuisine: Vincentian Chef Christopher John, along with his team, creates fabulous mouth-watering dishes incorporating lots of local ingredients. The resort has recently won regional culinary awards alongside other top Grenadine resorts. The resort is also famous for serving 6 delicious homemade breads at every meal including banana, cinnamon and raisin. Fresh island produce, grown in the natural volcanic soils of St Vincent, is delivered daily to the hotel. Natural yogurt, locally produced, is available at breakfast with unusual flavours such as fresh root ginger.
