Each of the 243 rooms at the Cascades faces the tropical splendour of the Cascades Hotel’s gardens and pools. All of the rooms feature a range of features and facilities including: en suite bathrooms, TV, radio, air conditioning, telephone and mini bar. There are also a selection of luxury rooms and suites available which boast a range of superior amenities comprising of luxurious spa baths. The suites also have private patios, separate sitting rooms and bar areas, The Presidential suite at the Cascades hotel comes equipped with is own private Jacuzzi.

The Sun City Cascades hotel boasts two superb restaurants which are located on site. The Peninsula restaurant at the Hotel serves an international dinner menu and boasts a resident pianist. This restaurant also serves a full continental buffet breakfast and lighter meals are served at the Fishmonger restaurant. Cocktails and bar service can be enjoyed at the vistas bar which has a view of the mountains and valleys surrounding Sun City. The Hotel also offers several game viewing activities that can be arranged to suit individual requirements.
