Kable’s
The hotel’s premier restaurant offers a cosmopolitan Australian menu in stylish surroundings. There are also private dining rooms for 10 to 40 guests.
A two course set lunch is available weekly where you can enjoy such delights as soft cured ocean trout, Tasmanian lobster and Black Angus beef chateaubriand. Reservations recommended. Restaurant closed on Sundays and Mondays.
The Cabana
Pool deck outlet where you can enjoy snacks, lunch, fruit drinks and cocktails. Open every day.
The Café
Serving daily light lunches such as salads, sharing plates and desserts. An all day light menu is also available.
The Bar
