When To Visit

Late May to early October are the best times to visit Verona. Spring and autumn are generally quieter periods. If you want to experience Arena di Verona Festival season, visit between June to August when operas are often held in the Roman amphitheatre.

Although much colder, November to February is a great time to book a ski trip to Verona’s nearby mountains. Whenever you decide to visit, Verona is a fantastic destination at any time of year.
