Queens Charlotte Track

Stretching over 43 miles and taking three to five days to complete, Queens Charlotte Track is an unique way to experience Marlborough’s natural beauty. On your journey, you’ll travel from Queen Charlotte Sound to Kenepuru Sound in Marlborough Sound. The path will take you through undisturbed native forests, past historic bays, and over skyline ridges.

Omaka Aviation Heritage Centre

The Omaka Aviation Heritage Centre boasts the largest private collection of WWI and WW2 aircrafts and artefacts. It has two main exhibitions, The Knights of the Sky which showcases WWI aircrafts and Dangerous Skies which presents personal stories of courage. Both exhibits provide an interactive way to learn about New Zealand’s role in the World Wars.

Tour Marlborough Vineyards

Any trip to the Marlborough region would be incomplete without a visit to its world-famous wineries. You can join a tour or rent a bicycle and follow the Golden Mile Circuit, which will take you to vineyards, restaurants, and boutique shops. Abel Tasman Coastal Track

The Abel Tasman Coastal Track is the national park's most beloved attraction. The entire trail covers over 31 miles and takes five days to complete. The trail is easily accessible by boat so you can choose to only complete certain sections. On your journey, you’ll discover hidden coves, remote beaches, and maybe encounter the local wildlife.

Ngarua Caves

Located in the Takaka Hills in Abel Tasman National Park, the Ngarua Caves are a series of limestone caves featuring stalagmites and stalactites. On a guided tour, you can explore the cave complex on a 300m walkway, and even see fossilised Moa bones, the remains of an extinct flightless bird native to New Zealand.
