Ancient City of Ephesus
This UNESCO World Heritage Site is where the Temple of Artemis once stood. One of the seven wonders of the ancient world, there's little remaining of the temple now, but the ruins that are left behind are breathtaking in themselves. Giant pillars rise alongside the remains of ornate buildings and decorated archways curving against the blue sky.
