‘Rainforest Villas and Suites – Malaysian Hospitality at its Heart’
Situated in the rainforest of Langkawi, The Datai is surrounded by breath-taking views of the surrounding landscapes, Datai Bay and the Andaman Sea. The Villas and Suites are arranged as the Canopy Collection in the main building, the Rainforest Collection inside the tropical grounds of the estate and the Beach Collection which have direct access to the beach of Datai Bay. The hotel has three pools including a family pool with toddler wading area, a spa, fitness centre and tennis courts. At the beach there is access to a variety on non-motorised water sports. For dining there are five restaurants tucked in the rainforest, beside the beach or as part of the main hotel building.

- The Dining RoomSituated near the main pool with indoor and outdoor seating The Dining Room is open for signature buffet breakfast, light lunch and evening fine-dining. Open for breakfast 07.00 – 11.00, lunch 12.00 – 18.00 and dinner 19.00 – 22.30. Dress code applies.
- The Beach ClubA lounge bar by the beach and a casual dining restaurant. Hand made pizza or catch of the day – the show kitchen is sure to entertain. The Beach Bar has shaded seating areas in a beachfront spot. Open – 11.00 – 23.00. Dress code applies.
