Taste of Okura
From beginners to more experienced cooks, all guests are welcome to visit the Taste of Okura culinary centre. Consisting of three separate cooking sections, guests are guided by Chef de Cuisine Louise O’Hare on how to prepare Japanese (sushi and teppanyaki), French and International cuisine; guests then enjoy the meal they have prepared in a dining room with the fellow participants, possibly followed by a visit to the wine room.
Ciel Bleu Restaurant
Located on the 23rd floor and overlooking spectacular views of Amsterdam, this two Michelin-star restaurant serves international cuisine presented in an innovative and creative style; accompanied by a vast selection of classic and new world wines.
Le Camelia
Days start off here with a seasonal breakfast buffet, prepared using a mix of European and Asian ingredients. An emphasis is placed on food presentation and guests can watch as the food is created in front of their very eyes at the live cooking stations.
Sazanka
Fish, meat and vegetarian dishes are prepared on a hot iron griddle at your table; able to seat between 7 and 10 guests. Décor takes on a contemporary Japanese style and is inspired by the elements of stone, wood, water and fire.
Serre Restaurant
A variety of Ciel Bleu’s signature dishes from the past years are presented in a new, innovative form and served amidst modern interior.
Yamazato
15th and 16th century Sukiya-style décor and exquisite Japanese hospitality accompany a renowned menu with more than 50 specialities. Yamazato has been awarded a Michelin star and the founder of the restaurant has been knighted in the Order of Orange Nassau.
Twenty Third Bar
Situated on the 23rd floor, this trendy bar is furnished with stylish décor and displays panoramic views of the city. The bar features a vast selection of cocktails, wines, champagnes and tasty delicacies. 
Lobby Bar
This casual and informal bar is the perfect place to socialise with a cup of coffee and a quick snack. Interior is furnished with an art deco design reflects that of a 1920’s bar.

Nagomi Health

Situated on the third floor, the health club is fitted with great facilities and offers the perfect place to overcome jetlag or retain fitness. Features include a gym with state of the art equipment, large indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Turkish steam room, Kinesis wall, sauna, changing rooms and other facilities.

Nagomi Spa

Translating as ‘calm down’ in Japanese; Nagomi Spa is spread across 300sqm and also offers the opportunity to use the Nagomi Health facilities. Features include 1 double treatment room, 4 single treatment rooms, private relaxation rooms, a Japanese garden and manicure and pedicure areas.
